Professional Yoga Therapy Certification
Most of the successful teachers and yoga therapists in the State, did their training at the Academy.
Our programs are renowned as one of the most effective and well-rounded in the country.
Many of our students have moved here for the sole purpose of training at the Academy. It’s a commitment, but it’s worth it. It just takes an intention to begin, one step at a time.
We keep our class sizes small so that you can have more individualized attention with our instructors. This allows for a much better learning experience and is an important part of us maintaining the highest standards we have for our trainings. For this reason, space is very limited, and only those who are truly committed, are accepted into the program. If you feel called to this path, and are ready to transform and develop the tools and professional skills, then this is the place for you.
Classes are scheduled for each Saturday generally from 9am-6pm
plus one long weekend each month.
The one long weekend includes:
- Thursdays & Fridays, 5:30-9:30pm
- Saturdays 9am-6:0pm
- Sundays from 10-6pm
The 300-hour course is the first half of our Yoga Therapist training. It is a pre-requisite for the upper-division, Level 2 Yoga Therapy Program. Once you complete the program you may also qualify 500-hour RYT Certificate approved by Yoga Alliance. (Additional teaching and facilitation hours are required, separate from the training.)

What our students have to say
Because we are a school for yoga education (and not a yoga studio) we can keep our classes small and intimate allowing us to train the most outstanding teachers. Inbody has graduated the highest percentage of successful yoga teachers, as well as yoga studio owners and yoga therapists in the State of Utah. Because of our focus on our trainings and standards of excellence, the Academy is able to attract expert instructors, who often teach around the world.
