Dr. Steve Proskauer
Steve has devoted over 45 years to training and practicing as a psychotherapist, meditator, and healer. He was a head Zen monk for 10 years. Steve has published several books on therapy, meditation and holistic healing and has been published in many professional journals. Steve’s teaching integrates therapy, mindfulness and spiritual healing.
Dana is a certified Yoga Therapist who has worked with mindfulness and embodiment for over 30 years. She studied and taught aikido, meditation, and mindfulness as well as alignment-based yoga in the Iyengar tradition, and has both a B.A. in Dance and M.A. in Choreography and Performance. Dana spent 15 years in Japan, where she led yoga and mindfulness retreats and owned a yoga studio. Her classes combine mindfulness with coordination of body, breath and movement.
Charlotte has been teaching for over 30 years. She is a renowned yoga and mindfulness instructor and has published several books on Yoga, and articles on meditation and mindfulness. She has taught at yoga conferences and lead countless mindfulness and yoga workshops and retreats. Her teachings focus on alignment in body and mind.
Aron is the Mindfulness and Yoga Therapy Director at Inbody Academy. He has been a director and resident at two international meditation centers. Aron is a certified Yoga Therapist, and a well-known teacher and writer. He is an ERYT 500 yoga instructor, with a focus on subtle energy and mindfulness based practices. He has practiced yoga and meditation for over 20 years.
